InCRM is a Customer Relationship Management software designed for small and
medium companies who wish to have the advantages of management and control of
marketing and commercial actions towards clients and prospects without afford
the costs of a complex CRM system in commerce.
InCRM is available in different versions, both in ASP language both on client site.
The main software functionalities are:
- Managing of customer masters (clients and prospects): address,
phone and fax number, e-mail, website, VAT Number, turnover, employees, main
contact persons, reference agent, etc.
- Implementation and management of direct marketing campaigns (telemarketing,
phone calls, faxing, mailing).
- Storage of every action carried out towards clients and prospects (phone calls,
fax, email and letters sent to the client, business meetings, etc.) and of the
document related (offers, contracts, etc.).
- Management of offers and purchase orders
- Management of sales force (sales force automation) and of selling zones
- Accurate reports on marketing campaigns and sales force return
(orders compared to offer, percentage of budget achieved, etc.)
- Optional web based application in order to have remote access on CRM
